Interalia's Alarm Dialer helps companies continuously monitor and manage assets at remote or unmanned sites. When a problem is detected, the system dials a list of preprogrammed telephone numbers until it is able to alert the appropriate personnel. The Alarm Dialer helps companies prevent expensive equipment failure and site disasters.
The Alarm Dialer can use a land telephone line to notify Staff when a problem occurs. However, if there is no land phone to the remote site, it can also utilize a cellular phone, pager, satellite signal or two-way radio to send its message.
The Alarm Dialer continues to dial up to 24 pre-programmed phone numbers until it is able to reach someone and notify them of the situation.
Once the Alarm Dialer reaches a Staff member it plays a clear, pre-recorded message indicating the site and the equipment that is failing. A typical message might be, "Black Hills Boiler temperature has dropped below allowable levels." This clearly communicates the potential problem and which piece of equipment is failing.
The Alarm Dialer tells Staff which piece of equipment is failing so they can remotely diagnose the problem, and if required, turn the equipment on/off without even physically having to go on-site.
The Alarm Dialer helps companies know what equipment is failing so they can send Staff on-site with the appropriate part and repair the unit before it actually fails or causes damage to other systems.
Knowing in advance when equipment is failing enables Staff to correct the situation before a failure causes an environmental disaster, fire or life-threatening situation.
The Alarm Dialer could be used to notify Staff when someone is tampering with equipment or entering buildings they shouldn't be in.
The Alarm Dialer prevents costly disasters and equipment failure, saving a company from expensive equipment repairs, high insurance losses and bad public relations.
Note: The Alarm Dialer is not available in the European Economic Community.
