The hospitality industry uses many Interalia products to provide better service to their clients. Typical applications include: hotel wake-up, dial-by-department or room, interactive points-of-interest, reservations and music-on-hold.

Hotel Wake-Up:

Interalia announcers work with a hotel’s phone system to play announcements for guest wake-up. When a guest answers the wake-up call, they might hear a time and date message, or even an announcement indicating breakfast is served in the dining room.

Dial-By-Department or Room:

Hotels use Interalia solutions to provide dial-by-room access to guests and outside callers, or access to different departments (“Dial 1 for room service, Dial 2 for front desk”).
