London Underground
The London Underground uses various Commander, Transit Voice and Trouncer systems throughout their network. The Transit Voices provide audio messages such as "Mind the Gap" and "Stand Clear of the doors" via the stations public address system. The Commander systems are used for platform announcements at approximately 30 large subway stations and the Trouncer systems are used on-board vehicles and at small platforms for announcements. WestJet Airlines
WestJet is a Canadian commercial airline providing passenger service to destinations across North America. They have installed three iProMOH units at their call centers to provide music and messaging to 15,000 callers a day. E8.5
Thameslink Trains (XMU+)
Thameslink (UK) operates a rail service for 120,000 passengers a day providing the only north-south link through central London, U.K. They have installed an XMU+ system to improve their customer information service providing announcements and call processing for thousands of passengers each day. First Great Eastern
First Great Eastern (United Kingdom) uses the XMU to keep passengers informed about train arrivals and departures at their Liverpool Station. E8.5 EA4
Warrington Borough
Warrington Borough Council provides travellers with Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) on bus arrivals and departures. EA4
Caledonian Macbrayne
CalMac uses the Trouncer to provide public address announcements at their new ferry terminal in Scotland. This automates announcements and increases staff productivity. E8.5 EA4
Poole Borough
Poole Borough Council provides travellers with Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) on bus arrivals through a state-of-the-art system that will display both visual and audio bus information to able-bodied and disabled bus passengers. EA4
Manchester Council
Manchester Council in the United Kingdom has installed the Trouncer and a solution from Surtronics at 260 new and existing bus stops. The system provides travellers with Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) visually on a display sign and audibly via speakers. E8.5 EA4
British Waterways
British Waterways (United Kingdom) is using the FrontLine system to keep visitors informed about the re-opening of the historic Anderton Boat Lift. E8.5 EA4
Carnival Cruise Lines
Carnival uses the iProMOH to provide music on-hold for 78,000 callers a day. E8.5
