Toronto Hydro Electric System uses the XMU+ to handle occassional extreme call volumes. During power outages the XMU+ front-ends incoming calls, delivers a message stating what locations are affected and when the power should be back on, then it transfers the caller to the appropriate queue. E8.5

The XMU+ provides Irish Electricity with auto attendant, call steering, ACD announcements, call processing, and basic IVR functionality at Ireland's two new power stations at Leogh Ree and West Offlay. EA4
